I have friends, acquaintances and family that are gay and I know a gay code word when I hear one, most of the time. I also have black friends and acquaintances and I know the subtle code words for racism and I suggest the video below will show Ed. Whitfield spewing these code words out of his homophobic racist mouth.
Mr. Whitfield as a congressman is supposed to represent the all folks in his district, not divide them. It’s a shame he’s wrote off some of those he’s supposed to be representing as unworthy!!!

Senator Mitch McConnell referred to Barack Obama as Iraq Obama while giving a speech at the annual Fancy Farm Picnic August 2, 2008.
Did Senator Mitch McConnell do this purposely or was it a Freudian slip? Who knows, but it’s not acceptable. Senator Mitch McConnell seems to want folks here in Kentucky to believe Barack Obama is a Muslim and I suggest Senator Mitch McConnell refers to Barack Obama as Iraq Obama at his fund raisers that aren’t videotaped. Senator Mitch McConnell sir you got caught and should be ashamed of yourself and publicly apologize to Barack Obama.

Fancy Farm, Kentucky August 02, 2008 the 128th Fancy Farm Picnic. Now for those of you that think this is gonna be "Fair and Balanced" go no further, because I’m sick and tired of the Republican’s Noun and a Verb and 911 when Ed. Whitfied , actually takes money from known terrorist criminals currently serving time in jail and the Republicans, have the gall to blame the high gasoline prices on Democrats when in fact the high gasoline prices are due to mini Dick Cheney’s "Secret Energy Task Force ."
Republicans like Ed. Whitfield and our most toothless Senator Mitch McConnell are scared shitless because the have real opponents like Bruce Lunsford and Heather Ryan and these two are going to make life miserable for Exxon Eddie and Mr. Elaine Chao . Exxon Eddie took a wide stance about San Francisco, a code word for gays, the Sierra Club and then uttered the usual "Noun and a Verb" I love Jesus bullshit !!
Watching our most toothless Senator Mitch McConnel and Exxon Eddie Whitfield I was reminded of Congressman Mark Foley and Rush Limbaugh with his limp appendage .
Now, we can’t leave Jim Bunning out of this because he was there and gave a "Limp Speech " if you know what I mean and I’m recommending he see a green Doctor to get his limpness straightened out and firmed up a bit.
Senator Mitch McConnell, Senator Jim Bunning and Congressman Ed. Whitfield slipped out of Fancy Farm shortly after their speeches and according to a reliable source that has been known to exaggerate the truth Senator Mitch McConnell had to take Elaine to get her nails done , Congressman Ed. Whitfield had a meeting with terrorist bankers and old Jim Bunning saw a Green Doctor, shit in his pants and left to to meet Senator David Vitter and borrow a diaper .

Bruce Lunsford held a press conference, in Louisville today to unveil his 8 Point Plan For Energy Independence. While shooting video of the Press Conference I couldn’t get my mind off the Mitch McConnell political ad that seemed to blame Bruce Lunsford for the high gasoline prices so I decided if I had the opportunity I would ask Bruce about it. The opportunity presented itself and the 1 minute video is below.

PFC James Burmeister’s Court Martial was held yesterday at the Pike Hall (the Legal Offices) building #1310 court room in Fort Knox, Kentucky. This was my first time to attend a Court Martial and now I understand why Court Martial’s are seldom covered by the press. If you’re a member of the press you have to be escorted to the court sight and and off of the military post, when the trial is over, by Government Personnel. No cameras, camcorders, cell phones, audio recording devices, etc. were allowed in the court room. Our government escorts were very nice with the exception of one and I will assume, this time, that she was just having a bad day. To tell the truth I felt like I was in another country where freedom of speech and transparency were not very high on the agenda.
The court room was very small with 3 rows of church like pews. The first row had three 6 ft. pews reserved for witness’s. The second row had two 6ft. pews for the public and press and the third row had one 6 ft. pew for the public and press. We were told when the few seats available were full no one else would be allowed in the court room and if we left the court room our seats could not be guaranteed when we returned. Members of the press attending the court martial were, WHAS TV , The Louisville Courier Journal , The Hardin County News Enterprise and yours truly James Pence a video blogger. If you do the math and add up the available seats, it’s easy to conclude that the government didn’t want many folks at this Court Martial.
PFC James Burmeister pleaded guilty to AWOL and stated his reason for going AWOL while on R&R in Germany. He said could no longer participate in the "Bait and Kill" and "Small Kill Teams". PFC James Burmeister’s defense said James had reported the "Bait and Kill" and "Small Kill Teams" to his chain of command and he was told to keep it quite and it was then that James decided to go AWOL and expose the "Bait and Kill" and "Small Kill Teams" to the press and when James found out through and email, of which he has a screen shot of, in late February, 2008 from a soldier in his Company that the "Bait and Kill" and "Small Kill Teams" practices had been stopped he turned himself in to the Military in early March, 2008, because his mission had been accomplished. PFC James Burmeister also agreed to allow the Military Judge hear the case and render the sentence.
The prosecution called several witness one of them brought up this PBS transcript . The prosecution also brought up the web site Courage To Resist .
PFC James Burmeister’s parents testified on PFC James Burmeister’s behalf and their testimony was very moving.
The judge listened to all the evidence and left the court room to to make his decision. The judge retuned about 45 min. later with a verdict of 6 months confinement with 21 days of pre trial confinement to be considered as time served and a Bad Conduct Discharge. When the sentence was announced James’ didn’t flinch, but his father fell to his knees in disbelief and shock! PFC James Burmeister and his parents were allowed a few minutes together after the Court Martial and they will be going back to Oregon to await their son’s release.
I’ve wrote this article to the best of my ability with my notes and my memory and I suggest if the US Government doesn’t agree with my account of the events they should have allowed the Court Martial to have been video taped!!!

Murray, Kentucky: Bruce Lunsford walks the parade route while Senator Mitch McConnell sits on his ass and burns $4.00 a gallon gasoline.
Senator Mitch McConnell managed to slip in and out of an undisclosed location somewhere around 5th and Main Street. Hell, who knows, maybe Elaine Chao had to get her nails done , or Mitch was avoiding reporters , but one thing is for sure the Freedom Fest Parade didn’t go very smooth for Mitch.

Saturday June, 28 2008 Dumb and Dumber held a campaign fund raiser in Louisville, Ky. and we were there with a video camera to capture the protesters and those attending Dumb and Dumber’s fund raising event.
I put up a video of the protest Sunday , but after being inspired by Jake over at Page One and several commenter’s here on Ditch Mitch I decided to put up this short clip.
Supporters of Dumber should be aware that we’ll be protesting at every fund raiser Dumber has and we’ll do our best to have clips of them up on Youtube just like the one below. So I suggest Dumber supporters at these events keep their shirts tucked in and their nails done (Hell they might check and see if their employer is stupid enough to send them to a nail salon with 2 SUV’s and 6 body guards).
We, on the other hand, might find that Super America ice is the answer to Global Warming and the melting North Pole ice cap !!!!

Some of Kentucky’s most influential Republicans attended the $1,000 per plate event at the Kentucky International Convention Center. Organizers said the total raised was $2 million.
The $2 million will be divided among the Republican National Committee, John McCain’s campaign fund and the Kentucky Republican Party.
Who would have thought these two with their history would ever get together for a fund raiser, but times are tough for Republicans and it appears they are willing to sacrifice their values for self preservation.
What won’t make the news is the protesters at the event and Elaine Chao, Senator Mitch McConnell ’s wife and The Secretary of Labor getting her nails done, before the event, a few blocks from her house with a entourage of 2 SUV’s and as many as 6 security people. We have a short video clip, shot at a distance, of that incorporated in the video below.
Getting back to the protesters at the event. The protesters set up with the approval of the Kentucky State Police on the North West corner of 3rd and Jefferson Street, but were later ask to move across the street to the South West corner of 3rd and Jefferson, by the Kentucky State Police and then the protesters were asked to move to the corner of 3rd and Market Street by the Louisville Metro Police. It was obvious the secret service didn’t want us to view John McCain And Senator Mitch McConnell pulling into the Kentucky International Convention Center and it seems they didn’t want John McCain and Senator Mitch McConnell to see the protesters and their signs.
One of the protesters had his back pack searched by the Secret Service.
The Kentucky State Police and the Louisville Metro Police seemed to understand what we were doing and were very professional, but it seemed to me they were being jacked around by by the Secret Service, I feel at the request of Senator Mitch McConnell. Take a look at the video and judge for yourself.
Senator Mitch McConnell has a history of avoiding regular folks. I know this because I’ve tried to get video of him in the following places: Buckner, Ky ., Berea, Ky ., Louisville, Ky. at the Olmsted BOO-LA-LA Fete D’Halloween gala and even at his own home but the chickenshit Senator from Kentucky sneaks in and out of these venues avoiding his constituents.
I must say, I didn’t feel very free today!!!!!!!!!!

Here in Kentucky we have a real chance to get rid of our toothless obstructionist Senator Mitch McConnell. Yesterday the Bush Legacy Tour bus was in Louisville again. Bill Londrigan had a few things to say about Senator Mitch McConnell and so did his Democratic opponent Bruce Lunsford.
Senator Mitch McConnell had his video tracker there to tape everything anyone had to say. It sure would be nice if Bruce Lunsford would track Senator Mitch McConnell with a video camera, but that would be tough because Senator Mitch McConnell is afraid to appear in public, for fear of public protest. I know this because I’ve tried to get video of him in the following places: Buckner, Ky., Berea, Ky., Louisville, Ky. at the Olmsted BOO-LA-LA Fete D’Halloween gala and even at his own home but the chickenshit Senator from Kentucky sneaks in and out of these venues avoiding his constituents.
Bruce Lunsford has a real chance to defeat Senator Mitch McConnell and this Hillbilly will do everything he can to see that Senator Mitch McConnell and his wife Elaine Chao are exposed for the right wing, necon, Jesus talkin’, evil walkin’, lying, hypocrites they really are.
