BEREA, KENTUCKY PROTESTERS CHANT WHILE SENATOR MITCH MCCONNELL TRIES TO EAT LUNCH. YOUTUBE VIDEO

Jim Pence August 30th, 2007

August 29, 2007 Berea, Kentucky.
Just 15 hours after 250 protesters gathered at Senator Mitch McConnell’s house, in Louisville, Kentucky he was greeted by protesters in Berea, Kentucky.
While Senator Mitch McConnell was attending a luncheon at the Historic Boone Tavern, in Berea, Kentucky protesters chanted “Mitch can you hear us we are the people” and “support the troops end the war. The protesters continued chanting until Mitch McConnell’s senior staff person came out and had some dialogue with the protesters. When the protesters asked the senior staff person to talk with Mitch, he said that would not be possible!!!!
For those of you that don’t live in Kentucky, Berea is a small town right smack dab in the middle of one of the reddest states in the union.
It appears that Mitch can’t go anywhere in Kentucky without being greeted by protesters. It’s almost like being under house arrest.

Mitch’s voicebox in Berea is a shameless schmuck. What is his name and his position? He sounds like Tony Snow. Lies, stall & deflect, more lies. Thanks to everyone who went to Berea to protest McConnell.

My Dad graduated from Berea College. My family and I recently hiked the Berea Trail along a ridge-top near the college. You don’t have to have a Ph.D. to know it’s time to Ditch Mitch.

The question isn’t IS IT TIME TO DITCH MITCH?
The much more important question is WHO CAN THE DEMS FIND WITH ENOUGH POWER, CLOUT, AND FIRE IN THE BELLY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN???

We [we as in Dems] keep nominating the same lackluster, directionless names from the Frankfort cesspool of “Dems who act like Republicans”.

Wise up, crack it up, and get some exciting fresh new names that can actually win against this “inside the beltway” insider.

Anyone who thinks you can beat Mitch strictly on an anti-Iraq war platform is under-estimating just how powerful he really is.
