And the battle continues…

Perhaps the latest development is because of McConnell’s history as a shrill for the Las Vegas Casino industry and casino owner Steve Wynn. In any event, I’m sure Governor Fletcher (after flip-flopping to now oppose a ballot measure) is none too pleased that the Lexington Herald Leader is reporting that Senator McConnell is not supporting him on his signature position:

McConnell would not discuss whether he thinks Kentucky needs expanded gambling. He said that is a state, not a federal, issue.
