Thanks for your posting. One other thing is that individual states have their very own laws in which affect house owners, which makes it very hard for the the legislature to come up with a whole new set of recommendations concerning foreclosures on house owners. The problem is that a state has own legislation which may have impact in an unwanted manner with regards to foreclosure insurance plans.

I wouldn’t be opposed to a draft if it put some of those College Republicans in the war. Right now there’s already a draft in the sense rural kids can’t find any work accept joining the Army. I don’t think the right will go with any sort of fair draft though and that’s the problem with it. They’d figure out some way for all the young wannabe Dick Cheneys to avoid serving. As far as service, I’ve always though there should be some sort of National Service requirement. If the Bush twins were eligible to be drafted, we probably wouldn’t have a war going on.
