I think this video is pretty funny. I really do think that we need a fair tax in nation and those who get paid more give more in taxes because that is our patriotic duty to do so. I also find it quite funny that Jim Pence decides to wear a t-shirt which states health care for all proposing a single payer system, yet the dems in our state do not support that statute that is needed in our state and our country. It kills me because during the last debate both candidates blasted a single payer system, but if you ask most citizen in our nation, not the corporate candidates of McSame and Obama, they support single payer. When are the citizen of nation going to vote what is in their best interest. Ralph Nader, not Lunsford, McConnell, Obama, and McSame, support single payer. There are a host of policy that the america people support that neither Obama or McSame, but that Ralph Nader does support.
-Get out of Iraq and Afghanistan iMMEDIATELY
-SINGLE-PAYER HEALTHCARE
-NO TO NUCLEAR ENERGY AND YES TO SOLAR AND WIND POWER
-SAY NO TO BAILING OUT WALL STREET CROOKS AND YES TO BUILDING OUR SCHOOL AND COMMUNITIES AND PUTTING CROOKS BEHIND BARS
-CUT THE BLOATED WASTEFUL MILITARY SPENDING
-ADOPT A CARBON POLLUTION TAX
All these issues the two parties have said no, but Ralph Nader has said yes. Ralph has fought hard over 40 years to help saves lives by lobbying Washington to regulate seats belts in every vehicle, regulate and monitor Wall Street, initiate the freedom of information act, lobby Washington for OSHA and the EPA, help gives up clean water and clean air. Ralph Nader was speaking out against global warming in the 1990s when the two parties were in denial that anything was happening. Ralph Nader predicted the current sub prime mortgage crisis and the current wall street crisis in 2000. Let’s say no to the corporate candidates of the two major parties and vote different. The way the Washington is going to change is by WE THE PEOPLE saying that we will not vote for least worst, but for who supports are views most. The REAL MAVERICK AND THE REAL AGENT OF CHANGE–Ralph Nader. Go to http://www.votenader.org for more information. Ralph has made it on the ballot is 45 states plus DC and he will appear on Kentucky’s ballot.
John McCain is a liar. The healthcare plan proposed by Barack Obama would not fine small businesses if they do not provide healthcare but would rather provide the same healthcare to the uninsured Americans that the Congress and Senate get. After all doesn’t the fifth Amendment of the United States constitution state that no one shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process? Without proper, affordable healthcare, many will be deprived of life. Under McCain’s plan no one will be guaranteed of healthcare as dishonest insurance companies are NOT required to sell their product to everyone. Under McCain’s plan pre-existing conditions may not be covered and the ill may still be dropped by immoral insurance companies. In the last debate John McCain plainly said that the tax rate on corporations in Ireland was lower than the United States. What the foreigner McCain DID NOT tell you is that the United States STILL gives foreign aid to Ireland. If we taxed imports again and stopped ALL foreign aid jobs would NOT leave the United States. Un-American trash like John McCain and Mitch McConnell can not grasp this concept. Oh but I forgot Mitch McConnell’s father – in – law is in the business of exporting jobs to Communist China and his wife aided the export of jobs to Communist China when she worked for the Un-American Heritage Foundation. http://rightweb.irc-online.org/profile/1069.html .
I have one more comment. Because of the recent economic collapse of the United States economy, more and more Democrats will be elected to the Senate and House. Senator Chuck Schumer of New York had a hand in the nomination by the Democratic Party of Kentucky of Bruce Lunsford. Harry Reid, majority leader of the United States Senate persuaded Chuck Schumer to run again. Make no mistake about it, Chuck Schumer, Harry Reid, and Bruce Lunsford are tight. There is a good possibility that Barack Obama will be elected as President given the fact that McCain still wants to export what is left of the United States economy and supports healthcare reform that will deny healthcare to many Americans. Maybe the stupid people of Kentucky should elect McConnell again. McConnell will be facing a Democratic Senate and a Democratic House and will probably be treated the way any traitor should be treated. Kentucky does not have that many electoral votes and probably will not be able to affect the outcome of the Presidential elections. There is an excellent probability that Barack Obama will be the next President of the United States. If McConnell is reelected he may be told to sit in the corner and shut up. Kentucky will have gotten what they voted for. Oh, By the way unlike Joe the Plumber, I pay my taxes too.
While I am thinking about it, the Senile McCain has accused the tax policies of Obama of being socialist. Article One, Section Eight of the United States Constitution plainly states that “the Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes” and that is it. There is nothing about anything else. I guess that all the other crap came from Reagan’s “Natural Law”. The government finance of public education is socialism and no one ever says anything about that. The requirement of a license to drive an automobile is socialism but all the McConnell worshipers will have all kinds of excuses to support this even though an automobile is private property. You know, McCain never met Joe the Plumber, yet he referred to Joe the Plumber as “my friend” in the last Presidential debate. McCain wondered aimlessly around the stage staring into space. If you vote for McCain you will get what you vote for and we might have a President who is close to the stage of having no idea what a President is.
Charles,
Thanks for the comments and let me add:
Reagan’s trickle down economics have trickled up instead of down and now have tricked out to the point we have to bail their asses out with our tax dollars that folks like Joe the plumber don’t pay.
