Most of them are temp to hire and some are just plain temporary. We need to close loopholes which actually reward companies who outsource jobs to foreign countries and actually raise taxes on these companies. George Bush needs to quit giving billions of our tax dollars to foreign countries. Taxation is not isolationism and the exportation of employment and manufacturing is not trade.
