So ky gaurdsman, what you are saying is that you dont believe James??? This man is a fellow soldier of yours and there is so much evidence backing him up!! This war is different for everyone. Everyone has a different story of their own to tell. As far as the other soldiers go in his unit, they dont want to tell the truth. They dont want to face what might happen to them if they do. I know James personnally and i know that this is not easy for him and he would not lie about something like this. You ky gaurdsman need to get your facts straight or just stick to things that you do know about.

First, I want to tell you that I served in Iraq, my brother served with me in Iraq, and many of my
friends in the National Guard served in Iraq. I have friends that have been injured in Iraq and I know
several soldiers that have lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Second, no soldier goes into a mission hoping to kill innocent civilians.

Everyone that wants to bring all the troops home has no idea what will happen in Iraq after we
abruptly leave but we soldiers do. That’s why you may here a few stories about soldiers deserting
but for every deserter there are a hundred that reenlist to help their fellow soldiers complete the
mission. Then come home for good.

Before I believe PFC James Burmeister, I’d like to hear from the soldiers that served with him and get
their views on him and their mission. You might want to do that too before jumping on the “Save
Poor Jimmy” bandwagon

I read that article this morning.

Army officials say they can’t pinpoint the cause of the increase, but they don’t believe it results from mounting disillusionment with the war in Iraq.

Iraq was no threat to the US in any way, no WMD, never any al-Qaeda before we attacked, no mobile chemical labs, never a connection to 9/11, etc. etc. Nothing but a web of lies. We attacked Iraq and let Osama bin Laden escape.

Right now the same neo-cons are crying attack IRAN, a country that at this time poses no threat to the US. We can not ever be hoodwinked again.

Does this surprise you? Sending an injured soldier back into combat. Let’s face it George Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld and Powell all lied about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq so that George Bush could start a war with a dictator who threatened his father. Since there were never any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq this is the ONLY reason that trashy George Bush started this war and used a lie to cover up the true reason for the war. Mitch McConnell admits that he supports George Bush. What does this say about Mitch McConnell? If I am lying then show me the weapons and I will retract what I just said. The United States Army needs to treat this man or discharge him so that someone can treat him who has the expertise.
