How about “Be Generous–become a conservative”
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2008/03/conservatives_more_liberal_giv.html
Or you can check Obama’s tax records where before he ran for the Senate (and became a public figure) he made $300,000 and donated a pathetic $1,500 to charity (this would be the same as someone making $40,000 donating around $150 bucks a year to charity!).
I guess we see who the money-grubbing whores really are–liberals!
Obamas gave $240,000 to charity in 2007. have you seen Mcsame tax returns yet???

So Obama only gives money when he’s running for office and becoming a public figure. Give me a million dollars for a book deal and I’d give a lot to charity too!
Seriously, before he decided he’d be a public figure he was a cheap bastard!
As for McCain, 1.6 MILLION donated between 2000 and 2006, about a half million went to schools his kids attended, but that leaves 1.1 million from his foundation to more traditional charities.(solely funded by himself and one other person who donated $100).
To Herodotus Says:
Thanks for you input. There are times when I believe we need 8 or 12 more years of Bush/McCain type leadership so even the most uninformed right wing neocons will be convinced and pissed enough to actually see the light.
Jim
During which time he wasn’t running for office? I think I need another vacation.
