I received the following email from a friend:
Jim what do you think of this video
Please watch this video - it is only five minutes long. It voices my concerns about the healthcare plans that are being discussed by some of our Presidential candidates. I don’t care which party you are - EVERYBODY needs to see this. -Brock

fabulous hillbilly….just fabulous
Dear Mr. Hillbilly,
I enjoyed your amateur video commentary. However, I’m sorry to say that MPI and Frayda Levy did not fund the videos that are featured at FreeMarketCure.com. MPI only sponsored the design and development of the website itself. The movies were funded 100% by the director.
Sorry to burst your bubble.
Sincerely,

Stuart,
Thank you for your input.

One more correction. I - Frayda - who you are talking about very much care about the state of health care.
In fact, I agree that our present system heavily burdened with much government control - as well as paying for well over half the health care recieved in this country is a mess. However, I greatly fear more government involvment. My research shows the outcomes of one payer systems are much worse than what we have now. That is why I think the Freemarketcure site is so important.
But thanks so much for talking about the FreeMarketcure site.
Frayda Levy - who truly cares and wants better health care for all.
Frayda,
Thank you for your input.
Your “research” may lead you to that conclusion, but comparative analysis by peer-reviewed unbiased academic journals show a distinctly different conclusion. (This is coming from someone who as never seen Sicko and who can’t stand Michael Moore, for the sake of full disclosure.)
Also, as someone who is “fortunate” enough to enjoy the “benefits” of “free-market” “consumer-driven” health care, I can say this much: I’m paying about 2x more for about 1/4 of the coverage.
And I guess, “for all” is just short for, “for all who can afford it.”
