After Horne backed JY to the hilt in 2006 the Browns recruit one of their Country Club buds, Fischer, and pressure the Louisville money into sitting out so Fischer can have a chance to buy it. Then the Jefferson County elected officials line behind the money or sit out as usual. The Louisville Progressives should look a little closer to home to find who undermined Horne.
